Full To Full Policy

Smart Drive Car Hire will deliver any and all rented cars will a full tank and will expect return will a full tank as well.

Fines and Charges

As the renter, you will be responsible for any traffic, speeding fines, or parking fines that take place during the rental period. If Smart Drive Cr Hire  receives any fines on your behalf you will also have to pay an administration or processing fee. As long as you don't break any road rules, you won't have to worry about this section of the contract.

Accident, Breakdown, Theft

If the vehicle is stolen or damage, rental conditions state that the renter should immediately notify the police and Smart Drive Car Hire. Depending on circumstances and the type of insurance you purchase, you will be responsible for paying the excess.

Late Returns

Smart Drive Car Hire will penalize any late returns.

Inspection

Smart Drive Car Hire conducts inspections before lease and upon return, it is of at most importance that the renter be present during these inspections. Normal wear and tear is acceptable, however any damages incurred during the rental period will be covered by the renter.

Lost Property:

Any property placed in the car is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for it.
